Create a way to indicate one's availability, like there is in Microsoft Outlook, where a red dot is shown next to someone who is not available. I have in mind the case of trades, which are obviously high priority. Have the trader and other members of the trading team--their status--be indicated someway so that we would know if the backup person on the team needs to take the task.
