One-time tasks without workflow association
A
Ashley Murillo
We would like to create one-time tasks that are not associated with a workflow.
Often we will have a one time tasks that is client specific or internal (non-client) but we would like it to show up on hubly with our daily tasks so everything is in one place and we can schedule reminders for it to pop up at a future date.

Task quick add on home page

Can you add a little box to throw in a task when you log into hubly in the top bar, or somewhere else? Sometimes I need to put in a task for myself, but it would be nice if I could add it in and find the right client card/workflow later. It would be much easier than using sticky notes or some other checklist, and would keep my to do items in one place. I currently have a "My name - hubly" work flow, but I still have to search for it, click "add task", and then add it. This feature could be optional and be toggled on and off in settings.

Number of tasks shown on internet tab
L
Lindsey Ciarrocca
I just had the thought that it could be helpful to have the number of tasks due for today shown in the browser tab, similar to how an email application does. So instead of just seeing Hubly at the top, it would say Hubly (5), or however many tasks you have left for the day!

New tasks on staff cards; prioritizing
A
Alison Scherer
When adding a new "to-do" task to a staff person's card (not in a client card), have it show up at the top of the task list. Currently a new task shows up at the bottom, below completed tasks, and I find myself dragging it higher up in the list to have open tasks grouped together.
Or, have completed tasks drop below other incomplete/open tasks automatically...

Upcoming Tasks Feature
Landon Cobbs
It would be great to see workflows in advance rather than waiting for them to appear as they come up. For instance, if I needed to schedule a meeting with someone three months ahead, I currently wouldn't be able to view or plan for it until that three-month mark when it shows up. Having the ability to access these workflows early or seeing them in a calendar view would be incredibly helpful for proactive planning.

Layout Options
A
Alison Merten
Hello, I would like to request a different layout/view option for how our Hubly tasks are displayed. The current layout often feels daunting and too big to capture what is needed from me at a birds eye view. Thank you!

Anne L McFarland
WOuld it be possible to have the Hubfeed split to "this week" "next week" "upcoming" with upcoming being used for anything more than 2 weeks in the future?

A little side bar by Hub Feed to put in a to do list that's more of a day-to-day list of things that are not client specific.
