Scheduled Next Workflow Always Showing

Is there a way to add the Schedule Next Workflows section as a standard option on the right hand side of the window and not just appear only if we select a new workflow to add? We are using Hubly as both a workflow and task management, and I have many tasks that I need to complete in 1 month or 6 months or a year, but I don't want to see the task/workflow until that time. And i don't want to start a workflow and archive it when I am only opening it to just get the Scheduled Next Workflow section.

This is exactly the type of functionality we are looking for as well.
We use Hubly not only for workflows, but as a long-term task management system. Many client follow-ups need to occur at a specific future date- sometimes in a few weeks, but sometimes several months later. Right now, the only ways we have found to handle this are either:
- Leave the current workflow open until that future date, which clutters active workflows and makes reporting less meaningful, or
- Create a temporary/administrative workflow solely so we can use the “Schedule Next Workflow” function, then archive or complete the placeholder workflow afterward.
This especially becomes relevant for workflows initiated by an Important Date trigger. Once the trigger date passes, there is no simple way to “re-queue” or defer the workflow for a future date without keeping something artificially open, but there are valid business reasons why we would want to do so.
We would really like the ability to schedule a client to enter a workflow on a specific future date directly, independent of another active workflow needing to exist first.
