Hubly Product Requests

Allow next workflow (NWF) to be one of many and contingent upon which of 2 tasks is completed. For example; if prospect signs agreement, then NWF=Onboard Client, if the prospect doesn't sign the agreement, then NWF=move to lost.

Currently, the only way to reschedule a smart reminder is to delete the task and create a new one, then set the reminder (manual). It would be so helpful to be able to edit the reminder as we do all other reminders.

Be able to expand the hub feed to fill more of the screen. This would make it easier to see the entire task and details

We need the ability to select all reminders of a certain type/workflow step and move them as a group to a new day/time.

Currently, only admins can edit views. However, our users like to create "dashboards" with views, and it would be beneficial if they could make their own edits without granting them full admin access. Maybe there could be an option to allow specific users to edit specific views, similar to the option to allow specific users to edit specific workflows.

Workflows need to be adjusted - sometimes those are little adjustments and sometimes they are big adjustments. When making big adjustments, it would be helpful to be able to download a workflow to a word doc with task titles and details, to holistically identify what changes are needed and then make adjustments in Hubly. Currently when big changes are needed, we copy the old workflow and then manipulate it - often moving parts to a word doc to rearrange, which is a lot of back and forth.

I would love to see the meeting dates sync with our CRM calendar (Redtail)

Trusts, Estates, Businesses can have workflows, but have no "Important Client Dates" in Hubly. Would like to be able to drive workflow automation for entities.

So that we can create better integrations and automations, a field in the Client Card for mailing address would be great!

Many times I have a task that is unique and added to a workflow that needs a bell, but not by date. Rather the bell needs to go red when the previous task is complete. This can already be done when creating a template, but not when modifying an individual workflow.
