Hubly Roadmap Requests

It would be very helpful if admins could see who deleted a task and workflow and when it was deleted. When something falls through the cracks, having this visibility would make it much easier to understand what happened and why. Thanks for considering this.

When workflows are completed in Hubly and we publish a note to Redtail, it defaults to a "General Information" note type. Allowing a default workflow completion note type to be set would enable better filtering of notes in Redtail. If it was a global setting, we might create a note type of "Workflow Completion". Even better than a global setting would be allowing it to be set at a per workflow level. For example, allowing a Distribution Request Hubly workflow to have a default completion note type of "Money Movement" in Redtail, while a client touch base phone call could have a "Customer Service" note type when completed in Redtail.

Capability to export Workflows and Processes besides sharing with another Hubly user. I'm trying to document our processes and workflows.

Integrations with leads AI Note Takers

Our team has moved almost entirely away from using emails for to-dos and notes. It would be helpful to add an "@" feature to alert someone of a new comment/note as an FYI. Currently, if they add a note and it's not attached to a workflow, no one actively views it.

If my advisor is updating notes from a meeting and assigning follow up activities, he needs to be able to fill out the details on the form for that activity when he drops the workflow. It doesn't make sense for him to have to come back tomorrow to fill out the form that details the tasks to be assigned.

Add time zone so we know if it's safe to call client in their zone.

When launching an email from the workflows, please add the ability to default that email to either just the client or the client and the spouse. We try to include both spouses on all emails as much as possible, since you never know which retiree is better at checking email regularly.
