It would also be great to add who has created or made changes to workflow templates and processes. Even keeping track on how long they have been logged in and using Hubly for management feedback and team acknowledgment/encouragement.

I would like to build process connection by drag and drop and see connection graphically.

I think it would be beneficial when integrating to Hubly to have 'tool tips' when hovering above a specific icon that shows what that icon will do once clicked on it.

Would be great if I could simply add a GIF of an action in a task vs writing it out. i.e. "Do this, then this, then this." vs a 5 second GIF a person can watch back.

Would love to have a little spot attached to workflows (at the Workflow level, not client card level) where we can put information such as the purpose of the workflow, general background details, and resources as they relate to the workflow. This would help with training and giving some background context that may then allow task details stay more relevant.

in addition individuals or specific roles, it would be useful to assign a task by default to whomever opens the workflow. For instance, anyone on a team may take a client request and open the workflow, but they may also be responsible for putting in the notes specific to that task before it goes on to others to execute. It would be useful for that first task to default to the opener with a reminder in case they need to comeback to it.

Once a workflow is created in Hubly, it would be nice if it automatically created a more visual layout of the process.

I've noticed that I can update the order of tasks and the tasks themselves in the "template" card and it will update assigned tasks, but if I make updates to the instructions/descriptions, it doesnt update the assigned tasks.

Would like to have the ability to hide workflows from the drop down list when in a client card and needing to assign a workflow. That way when there are workflows in draft mode or inactive, they aren't cluttering up the drop down list.
