Hi Mack - thank you for this feedback. In the situation you're describing, are you saying you'd like two separate users to be assigned to tasks in the same Workflow that are assigned to the same Role? To you, is this a task-specific setting compared to a Workflow or Hub-specific setting?
Thanks again!

Fred Egler: Hi Fred - Yes, and the service teams accomplishes having multiple users assigned to the same task. I think this would be a workflow or task specific setting.
For a better example: A workflow has two tasks assigned for a Role that has multiple users: 1) Execute an action item, and 2) Confirm that the action item has been completed. Task #1 is open to any user within the Role to complete and once completed, excludes that user from completing task #2.
Thanks for the follow up and let me know if that makes sense!

Mack Nesbit: thanks for the description, Mack! Our team will take that use case into consideration!
As a workaround (which you may already be doing) once someone in the shared role completes task #1, they could then assign task #2 to the other person in that role (however, this does still require an additional manual user assignment).
