Many times I have a task that is unique and added to a workflow that needs a bell, but not by date. Rather the bell needs to go red when the previous task is complete. This can already be done when creating a template, but not when modifying an individual workflow.

Would love to have a way to add a client today to a workflow that may not need to display in our workflows for several months. Example: Financial Plan Revision - we meet with a client, several updates need to be made to plan, deliverable isn't until next review so I don't need it to show up until 1 month out from next meeting. Would love to have a way to set up the workflow now but not have it start until 5 months from now

Many times we have workflows that are not time sensitive. They are items that we recommend that the client do but there is no time sensitivity to when it gets done. We want a way to start the WF, yet be able to snooze it for a period of time, instead of it taking up real estate in our dashboard. Maybe we snooze it for a month and then it shows back up and we can reach back out and then snooze it again. We want an alternative to reminders that never go away.

It would be helpful to be able to have additional alert / reminder options when creating tasks in a workflow.
Right now the only options are "When a client is added to this workflow" and then you can choose "immediately" or "after" x number of days/weeks etc. Can we add the ability to alert me x number of days before client's next meeting date, x number of dates after meeting date etc? This would help especially when client meetings are rescheduled. Right now I manually go into the workflow and change dates on alerts when that happens.

If a workflow has a sequential reminder in the template, need the ability to change the reminder from sequential to regular if for some reason completing the prior task is n/a or needs to be deleted or reordered. Right now you either need to insert a dummy task to make the reminder active or uncheck/recheck the task prior (which screws up the time stamp).

I would like to be able to set up a reminder for a specific of the month. For example, client statements are post on the 5th of the month. I want a reminder to contact new clients on the 6th to make sure they know how to access the statements. Or, a reminder to follow up on new monthly distributions to ensure the client got the money and knows the money is there.
