We're excited to announce that Comments in Hubly now support Auto-Save, and Drafts giving your team more flexibility and reliability when capturing client notes. You can learn more about the feature in this article.
As of April 3rd, 2025, this feature is officially in beta. Customers will be gradually auto-enrolled over time. If you’d like to request early access, please leave a comment on this post requesting early enrolment.
Furthermore, we’d love your feedback as we plan the next milestone for improving comments. Please note that there are no set delivery dates at this point in time. We are in the process of implementing:
- Multi-Comments On a Tasks
- Multi-Comments On The Workflow Level
Let us know if you have any further feedback for overall improvements to comments.

We basically spend all day with Hubly open anyway, so rather than using Slack/Google Chat/some separate app, a built in chatbox would be awesome!

I would like to add comments to a client workflow (top level). Currently comments are only possible for the specific workflow tasks.

Can we add screen shots to a comment? In Redtail you can add them but they don't appear in Hubly comment.
