Allow form questions to be optional instead of required. Or make them required conditionally (ie: if "Inherited IRA" is selected in Field 2, Ask if "Decedent Information on File?" in Field 3, else skip).

I just discovered that you can make some Form Fields not required by clicking the "Details" icon next to the Field and then a window pops up where you can uncheck a box and it becomes an optional field. I haven't found an easy way to do this while editing the Form Fields, but I change it after the fact using that Edit Field Details Function.
