Currently, Hubly pulls phone numbers from Redtail using a hard-coded priority order of Mobile -> Home -> Work rather than displaying the phone number marked as Primary in Redtail. Hubly support confirmed this is the current behavior of the integration. Redtail support has confirmed that this cannot be changed on their side and that any modification would need to come from Hubly.

REQUESTED ENHANCEMENT:

-add an option to display the phone number marked as Primary in Redtail

-alternatively, allow firms to choose between:

-the current Mobile -> Home -> Work hierarchy

-Redtail Primary phone designation

Business Impact:

Respecting the Primary phone designation would improve consistency across systems and ensure the intended client phone number appears in Hubly.
