On the right side of the contact card, there are several date fields that we don’t currently use. It would be helpful to have customizable open text fields instead, so we can add and display information such as external contacts (e.g., tax preparer, bookkeeper) or other key details specific to our workflow. This added flexibility would make the contact card more useful and better aligned with how we manage client information.
