Our firm would like the ability to archive an entire process instead of hiding or deleting them. As workflows evolve over time, we accumulate legacy workflows that we no longer use but want to retain for reference and audit purposes.

An archive feature would allow firms to remove workflows from active lists while preserving the template and history without requiring deletion.
