Workflows need to be adjusted - sometimes those are little adjustments and sometimes they are big adjustments. When making big adjustments, it would be helpful to be able to download a workflow to a word doc with task titles and details, to holistically identify what changes are needed and then make adjustments in Hubly. Currently when big changes are needed, we copy the old workflow and then manipulate it - often moving parts to a word doc to rearrange, which is a lot of back and forth.

It would be very helpful if there was a feature to automatically backup current and past Hubly workflows on a regular basis (like quarterly). Or a button that lets you create a backup on demand. We were able to get a backup but had to request it to be created manually

This is an important topic; with our entire business operations living in Hubly being able to easily backup our workflows on a regular basis will be very valuable.

Elliott, that's a great suggestion! I hope to put your mind at ease that your data is regularly backed up on our end, across multiple servers. I will bring your request to our engineering team to see if this would be possible along our roadmap.
