In Wealthbox, we really appreciate the ability to Notify a user about a comment. There's a notify button, and one selects the teammate, who receives an email with a link to the comment.
Also, it would be super helpful if the comment bubble were a different color. Not that I've read the book, but sometimes Hubly is 50 Shades of Gray.

I like it that we are able to add multiple notes to one task. I would request that a feature be added to "drill down" to see all the notes on a task, rather than needing to scroll to find them.
