When Workflow Tasks are assigned to a Shared Role, all users who share that Role will be notified by email:

You can filter your Hub to find Tasks assigned to a Role:

You can also filter the Hub Feed to find Tasks with Reminders that are assigned to a Role:

Hubly can route Tasks automatically to the User with the least number of total incomplete Tasks assigned:
