to assign team members to specialized types of tasks:

Select individual rows to configure every advisor’s Service Team:

Here you can rename that Service Team and assign users to each Role on that advisor’s team:

Multiple users can be assigned to the same Role if they service that Advisor’s clients collaboratively:

When Clients are added to a Workflow, Tasks pre-assigned to these Roles will flow automatically to the right user based on that Client’s Service Team.
