Individualized email templates within a workflow

In a client card within a workflow it would be nice if we could tailor the email template to each client that will carry over when the client is re-added to the same workflow at a later date. For example, if we need to request different information for each client within the same workflow process/step that occurs monthly/quarterly/annually.

Hi Ashley! Thanks for the feedback, would you mind clarifying a bit? When you say different information, do you mean including information like name/important client dates for each unique client in the email template, or are you referring to other different information?

Fred Egler: Hi Fred! Of course. What I am thinking of is within a workflow, say you are requesting held away information. For each client, that would mean different things. So say that for Bob we need to request his savings account balance every quarter, and for Tammy we need to request her savings account and the balance of her individual investment account every quarter. It would be helpful if we could save a customized email template to each specific client that will save to that client whenever they get re-added to the workflow, which would be quarterly in this example. I hope this helps!

Ashley Sajor: Thanks for clarifying, that makes sense! I think a potential solution for what you're describing would be to make a task in a workflow template and then add an email template for that specific task. That way whenever the client gets added to a specific workflow, the task with the email template will automatically populate for that client, and in the template you could have prompts for requesting {INVESTMENT ACCOUNT/SAVINGS ACCOUNT} balances.
It also sounds like, though, you might be suggesting a separate feature that would be for each specific client; potentially a new section in a client card that has email templates for that client, which aren't not necessarily tied to a task.
