"For RMDs, we could set it up to start active clients ON their 73rd birthday or X amount of days/weeks/months before or after. We would prefer that a workflow system give us the ability to auto start a workflow, ie. on 01/01/26 for all active clients turning 73 in 2026 calendar year. Does that make sense?"
Internal Note: Will is looking to combine aged based and repeating rule logic.

I want an automation that when a tag is selected in a form, it auto adds that tag to the client card/contact record. Example: New hire onboarding, task to document client service level tag - option to select Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze. Once selected, that tag would be auto applied to client.

Quarterly Call Option

I would like to set up Quarterly calls for some clients. I see the option for every 3 months on a specific day, that day of the month is a different day each time it comes up. I can't schedule for every 13 weeks, on a Monday so I can have a weekly call rotation set to show up every week. Can you add the ability to go beyond 11 weeks?

Age based rule predicated on the year someone was born

We'd like to establish an age based rule predicated on the year someone was born in order to trigger Workflows as someone approaches full retirement age. Their full retirement age is different depending on the year they are born (chart attached demonstrated this).
If we can figure something out there would also be a nice application for the revised RMD ages. Both of those applications are common enough it might be worth creating a formula for full retirement age and RMD. Otherwise I suppose you could put some conditional options on it and say if they are born in 1959 = 66 and 6 months; 1960 = 66 and 8 months, etc.

I would like to be able to view the upcoming Workflows for a client based on the Automation Rules in place. For example, if a Workflow has any age or important date rules, I would like to see on the Client Card which Workflows should be triggering for that client in the future (for the next year)

I'd like to be able to have clients automatically added to a workflow when I assign them a particular tag or stream. I don't want to have to wait for a rule to pull them in on a certain date. I just want all clients when we tag them with a particular tag to show up immediately into a workflow.
